How do I place an order on Certus shop?

Placing an order is simple. Go to the product page of your desired item, select the quantity and add to cart. Then click on the top right shopping bag icon and proceed to checkout.

How do I cancel an order on certus?

To create a Certus account, you need to be a partner. For all business related questions, please refer to the wholesome page on the Home menu.

How do I manage my account?

Once you have a Certus account. By clicking on the person icon on the top right corner, you will enter your account manager. There you will be able to change any information or delete your account.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, please enter to your account manager by clicking on the top right corner person icon. Then click on settings, delete accounts and confirm.

The support team will contact you. The account will be deleted 30 days after this action.
